We decrease the shipping costs for our customer!

We are doing our best to pack the plants so that they don't get damaged. 

For winter delivery, we need to dry the plants enough to prevent them from freezing 

so we're drying them for at least a week when using DHL 

(The drying period depends on the condition of the plant.)

*When you get the plants, you can pay tax if dhl contact you

That is Duty Fee. We don't charge this.

*If your plants size are big, we can charge additional shipping cost to you

Normally we paid ourselves if it's not too much

We recommend you using DHL due to Covid-19

Recently EMS is  slow again and delivery fee is also increasing

Plants can have damage during shipping, if shipping period is too long

At that time, we can't take a responsibility about it
